Coquito Ice Cream Float

Instructions
Prepare the Ice Cream
In a bowl, mix the coquito (1 cup), heavy cream (1 cup), sugar (½ cup), and Don Q Spiced Rum (2 Tbsp) (if using).
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once churned, freeze for an additional 2–4 hours for a firmer texture.
Assemble the Float
Fill a tall glass halfway with Coca-Cola.
Add prepared coquito ice cream (6–8 scoops).
Pour Don Q Cristal (2 oz) over the ice cream.
Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
