Join us for a night of amazing Puerto Rican food as the city gets ready for the iconic parade. This intimate dinner at Neuehouse brings together chefs Manolo López and César Pérez, bringing to life their Primos Lejanos concept, which honors Puerto Rican contributions from the Island and New York. Presented by Neuehouse, Don Q rum and Loisa.

Menu:

Chicharrón de Ostra

ostra frita, polvo de lima, aioli de sofrito

fried oyster, lime powder, sofrito aioli

Crudo Santo

vieira fresca, leche de coco, aceite de achiote

fresh scallop, coconut milk, annatto oil

Arroz con Pollo

arroz azafranado, pollo confitado, jamón ahumado

saffron rice, chicken confit, smoked ham

Mofongo

pana, pernil al caldero, ensalada de chayote

breadfruit, stewed pork, chayote salad

Flan de Maíz

maíz quemado, maíz reventado, maíz procesado

charred corn, popped corn, processed corn

Primos Lejanos is a Puerto Rican chef duo comprising island-born Chef Manolo López and NYC-born Chef César Pérez. Their cuisine reflects a blend of diverse experiences, merging traditional Puerto Rican flavors with a contemporary approach influenced by their respective backgrounds.
